14 DAY RETURN WINDOW (READY-TO-SHIP ONLY)
For our ready-to-ship items, we offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
FINAL SALE (NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS)
Due to their personalised nature and hygiene standards, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Made-to-Measure & Custom Pieces (Handcrafted specifically for you)
- Special Orders
- Jewelry
- Sale, Outlet, and Discounted Items
- Gift Cards
HOW TO START A RETURN
To begin the process, please contact us at info@tayarii.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide specific instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
- Refund Deductions: Your refund will be the original purchase price minus the original shipping fees and any duties/taxes. Any costs incurred by Tayarii for return shipping will also be deducted from your total.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
EXCHANGES
The most efficient way to secure a different item is to return your original ready-to-ship piece and, once the return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us atinfo@tayarii.comwithin48 hoursof delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
